1. Using this site

By accessing garageproductions.in, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new version.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this site — the videos in our showreel, photographs, written copy, design system, brand marks — is owned by Garage Productions or licensed to us. You may share links to our work; you may not republish, modify, or commercially use anything from this site without written permission.

Client work shown on this site is published with the client's consent and remains the property of the respective brand. Embed links go to the canonical source (YouTube, etc.).

3. Engagements

When you engage us for a project, the specific terms — scope, deliverables, payment schedule, IP transfer — live in a separate Statement of Work. Those project-specific terms override these site terms where they conflict.

We typically invoice 50% on signoff and 50% on delivery for standard projects. Rights to final deliverables transfer on full payment.

4. Confidentiality

We treat every brief, script, and shoot detail as confidential. We don't share work-in-progress publicly without sign-off. We're happy to sign your NDA before exchanging anything sensitive.

5. Liability

We do our best to keep this site accurate and online, but we don't warrant it'll be uninterrupted or error-free. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any reliance on its content.

For paid engagements, our total liability is capped at the fees paid to us under the relevant Statement of Work for the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
